1. Do you take returns?
Due to the customization and individualism of this product, there is NO RETURN, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS, the only exception to this rule is if an order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will send a shipping label to have the order sent back to us.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations MUST be completed within 24hours of initial order.
3. How do I take care of my tumbler?
Hand wash only, do not microwave, do not leave out is excessive heat.
4. Do you offer local pick up?
yes email us or chat and we can set it up.
